Seedling Distribution

Volunteers can come receive their Seedling Starter Pack during this window.  Please bring a plastic sheet to line your car, as our seedling packs will be freshly watered prior to distribution. Each Seedling Pack is pre-planted with seeds, and just needs your loving care!  We anticipate most seedlings will be in your care for 6-8 weeks, depending on the variety you have.  

Pre-registration by noon the day before the event is required so we can be sure to plant the appropriate number of starter packs. 

If you live in the San Carlos/Belmont/Redwood City area and do not have access to a car, please email volunteer@eachgreencorner.org to have your seedling starter pack delivered directly to you,

Distribution Instructions:

• Please wear masks and maintain 6' distance between non-household parties at all times!
• Park in the Arundel lower parking lot on San Carlos Avenue.  
• A distribution table will be set up with seedlings.  Wait in your car until there are no other people at the table before approaching. 
• Hand sanitize.  Then select 1-2 flats per household, and sign out your flats on the provided sheet. 
• A masked volunteer in an EGC vest will be nearby to answer any questions.

Please email volunteer@eachgreencorner.org for delivery of your flats if you meet any of the following:

• You do not have access to a car to pick up the flats;
• You or anyone in your household has had a COVID close-contact within the last 14 days;
• You or anyone in your household exhibits any symptoms of illness.

If you or anyone in your household has exhibited signs of illness within the last 14 days, or had close contact within the last 14 days with a person who has tested positive for COVID, please do not come to this event!  We are happy to distribute flats to you.
