Help staff EGC's information and donation booth at the San Carlos Farmers' Market! Share information to market-goers about Each Green Corner and our mission.

Explain how they can donate produce to their local food bank by purchasing a little extra produce from the other farmers’ market vendors and donating it at EGC's booth.

There are two time slots. The afternoon one runs from 11:00AM to 2:00PM

Afternoon shift tasks: Meet our EGC staff lead at our Farmers' Market booth site On Laurel Street near Cherry Street in Downtown San Carlos. Help run EGC's booth, games for kids and hand out EGC promotional fliers/materials. Get aquainted with our donation chart to mark down the weight of every produce donation. During the shift, you will explain to visitors/people walking by that we are a nonprofit organization collecting produce to donate to Samaritan House Food Pantry. They can purchase a little extra produce from the other farmers’ market vendors and drop it by our booth. You will also weigh donated produce and keep the goal posters updated.
